The BCDA has developed a Master Plan for development of 350 acres of land at Sutton Lake.  We are seeking a development partner to implement the plan that includes an expansion of the marina, a variety of camping, lodging, trails, cabins, and day use activities. This Master Plan is called Bee Run.
